Refund Policy for Pet Gear Products
First and foremost, your 100 % satisfaction and happiness are our main goal. If we do not meet or exceed your expectations please let us know. Below you will find some helpful info to our most asked questions. If you can't find what you are looking for or still have a concern, please feel free to email us at support@wolvline.com and we'll be more than happy to help you out.
Can I return my order?
Due to the customized crafted nature of many of our products, all sales are final. We carefully check and hand-pack each order, our quality control is held to the highest of standards so you only receive the very best product. We feature detailed sizing guides for each product to help you choose the perfect fit for your pup. Of course, we want you to be happy, so if you do have an issue please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I exchange my dog gear product if it doesn't fit? Because each dog gear product is custom made especially based on how you order it, we cannot accept exchanges on any dog gear. If you are unsure how to measure your dog or unsure what size to order, we are happy to help you figure it out to ensure the perfect fitting collar.
Can I cancel my order?
Because most of our gear is customized made to order, we do not offer cancellations on orders. If you need to make a change we ask that you do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have a change or request after that, just email us at support@wolvline.com and we'll see what we can do for you.
Exceptions are made for returns and are limited to the below criteria:
- Product Defect: The Product must be verified as defected by Wolvline representative.
- Lost Shipment: The shipping company confirmed that the parcel is lost.
- Wrong Item: The item received doesn’t match the initial order and is not available in stock.
- Any claim must be submitted upon delivery. Please note that shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees you paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
Refund Policy for Women & Men Products Exchange
- You can exchange any item purchased on wolvline.com within 15 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label. Email us at support@wolvline.com to initiate an exchange. You will need to enter the order number that is written in your order confirmation email.
- Make sure the products you are willing to exchange are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached, keeping the return airway bill (AWB) in the pouch attached to the box.
- The products that have been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Items can be exchanged using the same channel of the original purchase.
- Once received at destination, exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. If the new item costs less or more than the original item, you will either receive a coupon or a new charge for the difference. You will be notified via e-mail to advance the remaining amount before proceeding with the exchange delivery.
- Gift exchanges purchased online must contain the gift exchange receipt.
- If you wish to exchange the product purchased at wovline.com in person, our client advisors in will be glad to assist you.
- Please bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. If your exchange does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you and the exchange will not be accepted.
Returns
Email us at support@wolvline.com to initiate a return. Once the claim is reviewed, and the return is approved, you will be notified by email.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at +961-71-565207 to initiate the return process or email us at support@wolvline.com.
- Securely package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. - The shipping company will collect the product, and upon inspection, we will initiate the refund.
